09 yz450f worth?

Ok, I'm looking at an 09 yz450f with 5 hours on it. Guy bought it, went riding and had a heart attack and died, so the bike has hardly been used. From what I understand it looks like its out of the showroom, but haven't looked at it yet. They want 3700 for it, I imagine I could get em down to 3000-3500 if I had cash in hand. I'm not looking to buy it to keep, but rather flip it and make some money.
So what would a bike like that be worth, and sell for without waiting 6 months to pass?
