advice on a pneumatic sander

looking to buy one thats decent, not for body work or anything big, low hour use. I'm looking at this one on ebay, anybody use one similar?

I can pick one up for you, Harbor frieght is about 10 min. from my house. Let me know and I can checking shipping for you. sander + shipping and its on it's way on Tuesday. USPS is closed on Monday due to the Holiday.
I checked their site and they only ship in the US.
