Very sad, I've said it for many years, a person should be atleast 25 years old before they can be a police officer. This 20 year old guy was still popping zits and worried about puppy love.
We just had a rookie RCMP member murder a 18 year old kid in custody for having a open beer in public. This sick idiot shot the kid in the back of the head, then didn't even phone for a ambulance or anything. He was never charged with anything , he and his friends claimed "self defence". At the civil inquiry it was found it could not have been self defence , based on blood splatter evidence and expert independant exaimination of that facts.
Sounds like orginized crime doesn't it?
