western riding

My buddy and I are going to hit the road for three weeks to find western riding. Running out of trails here in New England. Any local knowledge or suggestions on where to ride would be totally appreciated. We both prefer the techie, trials kind of riding. No particular place in mind. Thinking Co. Utah, ??? I'll be bringing two AF's he'll be on a 2010 ktm 300xc-w. Yeah, I still let him ride with me.
