I'm 185 lbs. looking for someone with 94 fork air gap and oil wt. for mx that is working good for them (stock springs and valving). I'm laid off and and respring and valve is out at the moment. Front is way to soft and not sure what is in there from prior owner.

Stock fork spring rate is 0.392 kg/mm and ball-park for your (our) weight would be 0.46 kg/mm. Stock shock spring rate is 5.2 kg/mm and should be 5.6 kg/mm.
Raising the oil height in the forks and/or increasing the air spring pressure will help with bottoming, but not initial travel. The fork will ride to "low" in its stroke. Increasing oil weight will slow movement, but make the fork feel harsh.
You could keep a look out for someone 165lbs who has bought a CR500 already sprung for your weight.

I could try multiple combinations of weight and measurement. Looking for someone possibly with a setup similar in weight and riding type that felt pretty good. Trying to save some time if possible.
