2000 CR 500 SUSPENSION GOOD OR BAD?

I HAVE A 2000 CR 500 haven't ridden in the dirt yet due to family problems, been more than 5 weeks since i bought this bike, want to know what everyone thinks about thew forks and rear shock thanks Tom
