i own a 2000 CR 500 want your opinion on the suspension front and rear do to family problems i've only rode this bike on a dirt road, thanks Tom

what do you intend to use the bike for? I'd say it's pretty good for dirt roads stock.

If it's got much time on it you should consider a rebuild, it will perform correctly and not wear out so quickly. Kinda like changing your arifilter, you don't have to but the motor runs better and lasts longer.
