Just stopping in to say a formal hello! I've been checking this site for a long time now as it has been a long-time dream of mine to have a 500AF. I'm finally in the process of doing the conversion on an '06 crf250 with an '86 powerplant. Although my lack of hours at work are causing me to pull out my hair because it's delaying the completion, I am very motivated by reading all the great posts on this site and cannot wait till I can actually ride one of these amazing machines!!! I've always loved riding open class bikes and am very excited to ride one that handles like a late-model bike!
