I always have at least 5-10 different hot sauces in the fridge at any time and over the years Ive tried a lot, last month I found one I havent tried before.

My favorite used to be "daves insanity"



This shit blew daves out of the water!!!! 1 drop in chicken wing sauce will blow your head off!!!! Ive had a ton of fun getting buddies to "try a dab"

I have Dave's and Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce, insane is the word for it. As for hot hot sauces, there are many, some that are not edible. Anything over a few hundred thousand scoville units achieves it's hotness by using extracts. For all the hot sauce info and stuff, I visit hotsauceworld.com

While I enjoy adding hot sauce for the sake of heat, when it comes to adding flavor as well as heat, I prefer:

I like, "Smack me in the ass and call me Sally." Its brutally hot at 700,000 Scoville Units. To give you an idea, Tabasco is 2,000 Scoville Units (water).

Aint got a hair on your ass if you dont try it. Goes great with chili, soup or anything that needs a kickin up. Of course, you will crap lava at 3 AM hot enough to evaporate the toilet water. Better leave some ice cream next tto the shit box.

we use that alabama hot sauce to make buffalo sauce. good stuff, not CRAZY hot though either.

I got this stuff outta Chicago from Deli Direct called "Holy F**K" Hot Sauce.

It's pretty tough to touch a toothpick with it on there. One drop will light up a pot of venison chilli like nobodys bidness
