Any French members who could explain the Joe Bar-one race series in France.

As I understand you can run any size and power of bike you like, 4 stroke, 2-stroke, turbo or otherwise, but the bike must be naked so fans can see what you got. Also you get points for the most power on the dyno, checked before the race, and fans vote points for the best umbrella girl.

Some guys are running 320bhp turbo Kawasaki’s, now that would get me back to the track.

I asked a French co-worker and he says that you can run any bike with any mod, but they must conform to safety regulations first (whatever that means). They're judged on three aspects and the umbrella girl is required. Hope that helps...
