Anybody got some experience with these Electrosport light kits?
Mine is not working.
Are there any common issues?

Just got this bike & trying to get it safety checked & registered.

The existing battery would only charge to about 6V.

I just got the new battery today & installed it.
Nothing is working. I checked the two fuses.

I'm going to take it apart again tonight & try to troubleshoot it.
The manual could be more helpful & descriptive...

Need to check the leads from the lighting coil first and see if its making juice or not. If not open her up for further inspection.

I'll check the lighting coil.

The battery is charged & has power, so I'm thinking it should work without the engine running.

My XR650r with BajaDesigns kit does...

This DS kit is not hooked up to the lighting stator.
You charge it with a trickle charger.

I was thinking I might need to replace the whole kit, but just spent some more time on it.

I replaced some connectors, & checked all the connections & now have all the turn signals, headlight, front brake & horn going. The only things not working are the rear running light & the rear brake light.

I am going to check those next.

Got the rear running light & brake light working.
It passed safety & it's registered - current street legal.

Going to have to take it out tomorrow...
