should I file a complaint on big o tires?

so, I bought my stealth about 1 1/2 years ago. When I first pulled the motor I noticed that some dipshit who worked on it in the past put 2 camber adjusters on one side and none on the other. When I put it all back together with the freshly rebuilt motor I set everything correctly and zeroed out the adjusters at 12-0-clock. The car rode like shit on uneven pavement and seemed to pull all over the place l;iek the toe was off. I took it to big o on boulder hwy and paid $100 for their 4 wheel alignment. The dumb fuk there spent 3... I shit you not, 3 hours doing the alignment. His boss comes in about 2 1/2 hour into it and tells me they are going to charge me $65 to "notch the strut tower" because they can't get the camber any better that -1*. I tell him to f-off and just get it close, I also add that a lot of auto-x guys run -1.5 on the front and -1.0 on the rear, so I ask him to just make them match at -1.0 for both fronts.
I get a data sheet a while later which shows them only making minor adjustments, shows the toe starting at 0 and ending at 0 and shows the camber at like -.60 on one side and -.5 on the other. When I drove off, the car was worse than ever. Since then (about 8 months ago) whenever I drive the car it wanders and pulls and even reacted differently between left and right turns. I checked everything, the ball jointrs were already new, the tierods were tight, the bushins felt a little soft, but no cracking or missing chunks and no evidence of an accident.
All this time I thought I had structural damage to the car causing the problem, I even got an entire front subframe from a junkyard with the intention of adding some new poly bushings and a new steering rack and having a brand new tight front suspension.
I got fed up, I'm sick of the drama with this car, the motor has been out 4 times and I still have an oil leak and I didn't want to drop a grand trying to fix the front suspension, so I listed it for sale. Tomorrow a guy from St Paul, MN is flying out and driving the car back and he has $5k cash in hand. Well, the other day I was looking at the car and couldn't help but notice that the toe looks off, like visibly and the camber too. Worried that the BFG KWDs wouldn't make a 1700 miles drive I took the car to another alignment shop today "national brakes and alignment" well, they hook teh think up, the left camber was way negative, the right way positive and the toe was a couple degrees toed in. about 15 minutes later toe was 0 and both sides were perfectly -.3* camber. The guys were shocked that it left bigo that way and were amazed that they provided me with a data sheet that showed everything in spec. the car drives great now, the tracks strait and true and now I don't want to sell it and am seriously bummed that the dude is flying out tomorrow to get it.
Anyway, the only thing that makes sense is that the fucker at bigo got pissed when I told him to f-off when he tried to get more money out of me so he went and trew everything off on purpose so I'd come back and pay the $65 for the "notching"
I want to report the fuckers, but I can't find the receipt or data sheet anywhere, what do you guys think?
