Got my cylinder sleeved recently, and it came back with a slight gap in the transition from the cylinder to sleeve on the intake tract. Rest of the job came out great. They even ground in decompression scallops at no extra charge (for my '85 cylinder). Don't really think it will be a problem since there are the scavenger ports in the same area going the same place, but wanted the opinion of you formidable banned cr500 riders!

Thats not a great place to have the sleeve unsupported. That area receives allot of thrust from when the piston rocks over ( which is why the intake side cracks so often).

I would pack it with some Devcon, JB Weld, of other product after cleaning it out with brake cleaner.

The rest of the work, including the bridge relief, looks pretty good.

That prolly work out decent. Exhaust side, time to get out the Miller.
