What work are you doing on it if it has already been ported?

OK If I compare this to my stock 01 jug it would look exactly the same then.

its gor tracks from a sandwheel or something, but no material removed anywhere, and where the sandings done is behind the reed pedals and irrelivant anyways

this truely isnt just about ttm, this kinda crap happens everywhere, it usually starts with "i got a buddy..."

the only thing ported was someones bunghole

It looks like TTM sent this Jug to "Port Master" Clyde ..... This looks like such a Professional job

good thing that was the only thing i recovered from ttm.

The really good thing about this is that it is not a SH!( porting job that you can't fix.

It's like a new cylinder waiting to be ported and can be done the you want to do it.

Hahah! Is this for real? It's amazing how they made the top of each port look exactly like they do as the stock raw castings. Also, they must run it after the port job so the 1000 hours of carbon in the exh port covers the magic done in there.

Might as well sand the outside of the jug. The weight removed will make more difference then the scored cylinder walls and scuffed port walls.

Theres going to be a few more ports throught the cylinder, it will resemble something more like this when he is done with it

didn't touch the exhaust from the looks of it ....

The exhaust work is amazing..... you cannot even tell there was a burr rattled around in there.... LOL
