OK If I compare this to my stock 01 jug it would look exactly the same then.

its gor tracks from a sandwheel or something, but no material removed anywhere, and where the sandings done is behind the reed pedals and irrelivant anyways :roll:

It looks like TTM sent this Jug to "Port Master" Clyde :lol:..... This looks like such a Professional job :roll:

The really good thing about this is that it is not a SH!( porting job that you can't fix.

It's like a new cylinder waiting to be ported and can be done the you want to do it. :wink:

roosty you had me there for a second....I'm thinking hey thats just been ruffed up, look at those sqare edges in the inlet side?

Any way we'll see the Roostious magic i'd dare say.

Hahah! Is this for real? It's amazing how they made the top of each port look exactly like they do as the stock raw castings. Also, they must run it after the port job so the 1000 hours of carbon in the exh port covers the magic done in there.

Might as well sand the outside of the jug. The weight removed will make more difference then the scored cylinder walls and scuffed port walls.

This is what happens when you have your landscaper Miguel do portwork.

The exhaust work is amazing..... you cannot even tell there was a burr rattled around in there.... LOL
