shiming the engine, i placed 1mm washers between all my engine to frame mounting points
Image

tightining the fromt mount bolt, i couldnt get a zink bolt all i could get was a high tensile black..it will rust very quickly. (BUGGER)
Image

OUCHY OUCHY OUCHY the bolt i was holding spun in my hand.
Image

putting the head back on.
Image

Greasing the swing arm bearing using high temp grease
Image

the swing arm now in place, i'm very happy with my OEM look spacers.

Image

The motor in place for the last time (pending service intervals)
Image

that motor has been in and out of that frame over 15 times..the wife & kid never let me forget this fact.

The OEM looking spacers / engines bushes are they made of stainless steel?

Also what is the bracket bolted to the rear of the crankcase for?

I would guess that bracket is there to hold the engine breather hose?

R7...yes they are....alloy and stainless??????well you never need to take them out so i went wih the stainless.

Baze...yep,and carb, in the pony express races i do, 3hr enduro's were sent through alot of swamp and the Gammba grass wraps itself around every thing and pulls it off as you ride

Question on your spacers are they load bearing or do they just take up space.

the swing arm spacers serve no purpose but to "take up space" and eliminate any side to side movement of the swingarm. The spacer material choice between stainless and aluminum is, well......immaterial.

Nice build brother...very clean!

Roosty you serious...ive seen some nice G-1 builds,
mines taking an eternity to do because i do a bit every payday.

I like the engineering side of things when i do things, & id like to say it shows in my work...and all the Banned help was the diffinitive guide i needed.

Agent...i placed the spacers with the required spacing in my engine because i was sick to death trying to get those 7mm-4mm spacers between the engine and the swingarm while trying to hold the wheel & all the other shit in place.

Now it just slides in like it was meant to be...OEM style
theres no load rating, metal fatige levels, expansion increases, weight gains or loses, just my way of solving a problem, and it works fine.

Bob your an idiot..LMFAO
