I think I could use an exhaust flange & a coil & the elbow

are the tgt bars 1 1/8, do they come with the valve and lines,are they bent more than 1/4"
and
if you can ship to bc canada for under $50 ill take the tgt bars and cycra s

dont want them if 7/8" tho
