Has anyone had trouble with the fit of a Pro Circuit pipe on an AF? I used an FMF for my setup and it fit like stock. When I went to use a PC, it hit the water hoses coming from the motor. Am I the only one?

Is that an 85-88 cylinder where the water hose goes to the rear of the cylinder or the 89-01 cylinder where the hose goes to the side of the cylinder.
The early cylinders will have clearance issues.

This is a 96 cylinder. There is no water outlet on the rear. Two hoses- one from water pump up to cylinder, one from radiatoe to pump

Well that is a strange situation then. :?
Could the PC pipe be bent possibly?

No, it is not a new pipe. I do have 2 of them and they both fit the same. It is an 05 CRF250R chassis. Everything is awesome except the tank and shifter areas. I like when everything looks like the factory did the work. Shifter issue resolved with a 7mm bolt from the top and heating the tank is complete, just wotrking out the petcock and fuel lines.

More heat on the tank worked better?

Two guns, high heat and patience did the trick. Not quite as high as yours went up but enough to clear. Do different heads have the plug in different locations? When the gas line comes out, it is all but on the plug. Working on moving the line to the rear and putting petcock on frame by carb.
