I'm really excited to see the difference this setup will give me. I hope the snow melts by the time I get it installed! Do I need to jet different?

I guess I should mention it's a 250 cdi. I'm a little slow in the head...

I run 40:1 amsoil dominator. I bought this bike from my brother last year for cheap. I'm not sure what he was running.

they could be cracks, double check to be sure. you will get some marks/discoloring there becuase thats BDC. this is what ive typically seen, the crack is at the high point, you can see some 10' o clock and 2 o clock marks that appear to be cracks but they are actually just marks because thats where the piston hits bottom. yours may be cracks but honestly ive never seen them start in that location.

So much for the 250 ign. This bike is a basket case! The swingarm bolt is stuck, so I'll need to cut it out and redo the bearings. The wiesco piston IS cracked.
