Does anayone know if fmf makes a pipe that will fit on the ttm 500 gen 3 chassis? And if so where can i purchase one?

I havn't heard of that Teem Trubble Motorsports business Sounds like a conversion, FMF ain't gonna be much help with that...I'd contact the shop who built it. My bike's builder keeps an array of hard parts in stock (such as pipes for ex.) and can send them next day air if needed

Maybe not, but High Velocity I still think a consumer should be able to contact the builder of his or her frankenstein bike and inquire about replacement parts. Arguably the most important aspect of owning a dirt bike wouldn't you say?

i thought it was hilarious. but if he wasnt around when the shit hit the fan, or wasnt paying attention, he wouldnt get it anyways.

i thought TTM pipes were directly bought from service honda? either that, or i thought the frames were built to use stock mounting tabs? so many things happen here its hard to keep track of who does what.

I put a SH FMF on my TTM. The lower mount doesn't line up, so I moved it. Other than that, it worked fine.

You can get any standard FMF/PC pipe to fit - just a matter of moving the mounts.

I was thinking along the lines of Mick's post when I read the title of this thread...

Thanks 4z that was the answer i was looking for.The pc pipe that i got from mike does not make the most bottom end. I know the fmf will make more and make it more rideable. And i had to deal with mikes bullshit also! Its to bad mike jacked up his reputation, ive ben riding my bike for almost a year now and love the frame. I do consider myself one of the lucky ones with my dealings with mike. I paid up front and it took a year to get my frame. Not to mention the title that i never got with the frame swap that i did with mike.I sent him a frame with a title to swap with a cali hoon . But i never recieved a title for my frame.

HV, I like the FMF for the terrain I am riding in WA. Much more low end (as expected) than the PC. The motor doesn't shut down on the big end like it did before I added the SH ign and had Doug Ruth port the jug. Also added a Rekluse and left hand rear brake. Once I get the boingers revalved, this thing is my dream bike. Susp is not that bad, I did put the 46 front springs in it and the 5.4 rear, backed off the comp dampening, she does ok on the tight - steep - ST.

I too pre-paid and waited a year. The only thing I didn't get back was my CDI and 125 CDI holder.

Mine has the PC pipe but I got better low end (or maybe just better throttle response) when I did the 38mm airstryker swap but I also put a carb wing I had laying around from a KTM at the same time so I'm not positive which did the most improvement. I remember that when I added the wing to my already well jetted 04 KTM 250SX it did improve throttle response nicely.
