I very much doubt you can go that big. The shop that did mine tried to go 41mm and it "windowed" the sides of the slide ruining the carb.

ya its hard to say before hand exactly how far you can go. im sure he will do it in a couple steps to make he doesnt go too far.

i have talked to 2 people.... one took theres to 41.5 the other to 41.75

pete loomis knows his shit and this carb wont be his first rodeo

Thats my experience as well. So even if its "D" bored it truly isnt "41mm" as only one axis is that dimension...

On a "D" bore you also have to cut the slide.Glen
