Just ordered a set for my bike, the front is dry rotted and the rear doest get the traction i would like.

i will post up a review of these when i get to test them, but what do people think about these tires?

got the front, rear, and 2 MSR heavy duty tubes for 125 shipped to my door.

They're very good, but they wear a little quickly. Your bike will shred the rear pretty quick.

eh, all i ride on is loose/sandy terrain, so hopefully it wont be too bad. im tired of the front washing out

I run the 756rr on the front of my AF and when new it was really confidence inspiring.

After 1 year the nobs are coming off and it just feels like a wore out front now

Try the bridgestone m101, thats the best sand front Ive tried so far. It sux on hardpack tho.

In Florida, the 756 is pretty much all my friends and I will run.

Excellent traction, works well from deep loam to even those hard packed corners. Only moderate wear in an environment like FL. Awsome tire.

Although...I shredded the knobs off my last rear this year. Don't know what was up with that? Knobs came straight off the tire like they came unglued, nothing but carcass showing beneath

they have a new version of the 756 called the MX51 Geomax. I am running this front on the kawi and love it on all terrains. MFDB let me in on a little dunlop secret that the dunlop guy told him. the 756, or MX51 in this case is made in different compounds for different sizes. they make a harder compound for 18" wheels since they assume they are for off road and need to last longer and they make the 19" softer sicne they assume it is for MX. This is why people complain about the wear on a 19, but I had this tire on my '86 in an 18" and it was hands down the best tire I ever had. it hooked up every where on every thing.

I run the older M1 on my sand front wheel and freaken love it. they don't make it anymore though

I was wearing 756 19's out in 2 or 3 rides then I swithched to 18's with the 140/80 set up and stopped having those problems.

hmm. my bike has a 19 rear wheel.......if it gets me through the summer, ill be slap-happy. if not, hey, the tire was 50 bucks. either way, it will do better than that worn out sakura on there now. i swear that thing doesnt hook up all that well. never really did

It should last you awhile since you only have a 250. I like the 952 rear on my 250 it works good on everything and lasts long too. for the front I use a 755 which they dont make anymore when that wears out Im going to switch to IRC M1A.

Still have the same 756 tire on the reat of my 250. shows minimal wear, and Ive got a lot of seat time on these!

at the HS races here 3/4 of the bikes there are running this combo

i never tried it, cause if its soft im running a m5b

S12 rear is the best tire Ive ever ran they hook up like crazy, they last for quite awhile then overnight just seem to shread themselves

I cant find any front tire that seems better than any other...

I like the Maxxix Desert IT , 18" in the back.

Been digging that Bridgestone M403 in the front in the 90/100/21 I run it with a couple extra PSI because at my usual it feels flat. No flats with one yet and it lasts good too. Made it 10 local rides or so and my local stuff shreds tires pretty good then all of Hoonfest, no knobs torn off yet and I'm about to run it at Iggy's B-day bash.

Rear I like my old stand by the IRC VE33 turned around backwards...It lasts really well here at the house and made it through Hoonfest no problem but I started chunking some knobs so we freshened that one up for Iggy Day. I ran that 18" MX51 at last years Hoonfest and liked it a lot.

I love those 756 Dunlops.
I stocked up with 18 and 19's when Rockymtn had them 2 for $100 and free shipping last year. I still have a couple left but all my bikes have them.
Dogger uses those too but he uses the RR which is a really soft racing compound. He told me he stocked up too.
Even the regular 756 isn't really good if you get into a rocky situation though.
I'll probably go for a Mich when I run out of these just because all you guys seem to love them.

I've used the D756 for a long time, bummed they discontinued them. They wear pretty fast if you gun and run, but my riding style has changed to be more of a momentum style, much easier on tires and my old body.
I have been running the Michelin MS3's since the 756 went away, which I find excellent, but unfortumately Michelin doesn't offer these in 18" rears. I'm building a new 21/18 wheelset for the 500afc, I've read hours of reviews and am curious to try the Bridgestone M203/M404 combo. Anyone tried this set-up? I'm curious to know how the M404 holds up to 500 power.
