carnegie closing 12-28-09 because of a law suit brought up by PEER and CSPA attorneys in court ,the judge ordered it closed because they were not following state and county laws as to the water run off in the creek that flows all the way threw it,which only runs a few weeks to maybe a month or 2 a year (bullshit) livermore natl. lab. is right across the road and there blowing shit up all the time out there and these dicks want to point the finger at OHV riders for causing pollution in the creek!!!!
they had a big save carniege day today out there with a bunch of people from the parks dept, some pro riders ,promotors,and people that wanted to save it ,i was unable to make it out there today,theres more info on the ohv web site and a web petition going around that you can find on BAY AREA craigslist under motorcycle and some guys web site called THE GENERAL i will try and get the address for it later today and post it please fill it out!!!! and email it back we cant let these guys win first clear creek now carniege whats next tahoe natl. forest
