Honda 250R throttle... Works great for me, I was having major problems with throttle control jumping and tight corners. Something to do with the way I move my weight I would loop or spin out. With this I have full control and can ride to the best of my limited ability

Only thing that sucks about it is when I replace grips, I have to buy 2 sets to get 2 bar size ones :P

I replaced the black with a nice chrome one this summer

Huh, I would have never thought of that. You know, that could help your form too since you don't have to drop your right elbow to get to full throttle.

Do the four-stroke quads come with those? I was thinking about getting a G2 Quick Throttle tube for my 450 since my local track has some jumps right as you exit the turn and I'm having problems getting on the gas fast enough for them. Would definitely consider testing one of those.

Pretty sweet idea bro.

Looked on a parts fiche for a '08 TRX450R and appears the thumper quads just have a single cable too. Oh well, it was worth thinking about.

After watching that vid, looks like a damn good idea! I have heard of that before but had not so good thoughts about it. But I would be all for trying that!

Riding still open in phelan? Or is it banned like in Hesperia? BTW thumb throttle looks interesting. I really wonder how well it'd work on a bike.

Cool vid editing....I like the sound of the jams w/the moto noises.

Interesting setup.
I always ditched the thumb controls in favor of twist grips. I felt like I couldn't hold on as tight. Started riding when I was 12, never could get used to the t.lever in my manly years.
Even modded the jet ski in favor of a twistie.

Some like it, some don't. It all depends on what works best for you.
Makes for a good theft deterrent.
Sweet track....nice skills.

Roost on man.

I'd prolly be spit off like a dirty rag just holding on with my fingers. Maybe you guys have never heard of regripping. When you let off the juice and use the front brake you regrip so that when you gas it you have your elbow in the right position and have 5 fingers hold you on.

Did you figure out how to get full throttle out of the thumb throttle? Ive noticed that i only get about 3/4 throttle open pinned? I was thinking of making and ratio lever that would help.
