I finally got all off my pieces and parts together, and now its time to make it come alive. Everything is pieced together from Craigslist and Ebay. I started with a 97 frame with suspension for a 100 bucks off of Craigslist and the rest I bought off of Ebay. Next time, if I ever do it again, I will start with a complete roller. The motor is a 86 CR 500 and the front suspension is of off a 99 CR 125. Not bad for only having 900 bucks in this thing right now. If yall have any suggestions for me please let me know. Thanks :D

Its together but before I start it I still need to:

- make and weld the front motor mounts.
- get some case bushings
- make a head stay
- hoses
- buy a chain

The only thing I cant seam to find is some CR 250 Case Bushings for the 86 motor. Any Help? plus I just want to say thanks to all of the posts I have read on this site, they have answered a lot of my questions and gave me a lot of good ideas and tips.

I am going to drill the cases for the larger case bushings, but I still need some to put in it. I have read the posts on this and this seams the best way to do it. Any better options please let me know.

I had the bushings in my 87 motor machined out and my buddy told me they were "harder than a preachers dick at a double wedding" and had to use a carbide tool.
