Ok that belt is going to last aprox. 1.2 seconds at 13000 rpm.

Bet that belt is just fine, those guys look to build 125GP stuff my guess is they have it well sorted out.
52HP 125cc motor is what gets my attention!!!

The belt looks thick, and those fuckers are tough. Very unorthodox to run the belt like that, I give them Kudos for thinking outside the box..

look at the skinny little belt running the drysump oil pumps in stock car racing, .900" wide and moving a heck of alot more force than this 125s going to be
