Does anybody know if the 07 crf front rotor hub bolt pattern is shared with other Honda street bikes ?

FYI, if you are looking for compatability you also need to worry about offset just as much...

a 320 will be way too big unless for SM

MX is different than sportbike.
320mm is sumo spec. Sumo brake kits (rotor and caliper bracket) usually run $200+/-.
