If I recall, the Gnarly _IS_ the Fatty for the 500. It got renamed is all. Marketing BS.

yeah id buy one just to see what all the hype is about. i love my gnarly but everyone raves about fattys so much.

I'm sure there are still a few out there. I called FMF today and tried to talk to someone with a useable brain. It didn't work.

I already asked and he said it was the '85-'88 fatty that was still available.

That's what it was, the Gnarly and the Burly are one in the same. Burly was renamed Gnarly.
