A zip tie for a brake adjuster

I live just south of Houston but don't need another bike - I've got too much to do on the other 4 I have. Unfortuantely, this is probably one of the local rednecks who doesn't have a clue - we're covered up with them. If anybody actually is interested in the bike, I'll take a look at it for you. But, I wouldn't get my hopes up based on the info in the ad.
