Wheels?

So I have and 02-03 front end on mine and need some new wheels. Guy on CL has a set off an 00. If I remember correctly you need the 02 axle and spacer and they shoud work. Is this correct? He wants $300 for the set with tires too........ Anyways, just want to make sure before I tell him to bring them. Thanks
