thats nothin... hitler and george w bush won time magazines "man of the year" award back in there time. but with all due respect, for the short amount of time obama has been there, hes done alot internationally to ease tensions between america and russia(removing the missle defence shield) and scaled down wars/tensions in the mid east(iraq,palestine/israel, turkey/armenia) while also having to deal with the economic crisis at home. while as he admits its not deserving, he has done very well compared to his predecessor (imo).

...an overlooked fact is that the nominations closed 12 days after Obama took office. This is a simple middle finger to Bush by a leftist Norwegian government. Pity that they sacrificed all the good publicity that has come from giving the prize to really deserving candidates over the years.

Obama isn't the idiot, the ones that voted him in are the idiots.
Obama is laughing all the way to the bank.
That doesn't mean he is making good decisions.

some random.
every coin has two sides. no politician can perform miracles and keep everyone happy. hes not my president but from the outside looking in i do like his foreign policies more than his predecessors because he is willing to listen.that is why i respect the man. many will argue against but thats what forums are for. it gets piss weak when everyone just jumps on the bandwagon and throws shit without credit where its due. this post was about ob getting an award. it wasnt his fault, he even said he wasnt deserving of it so there is no point nigger bashing him for it. i think o.b. has alot of support from outside the u.s. for example, one of his biggest crowds was at his pre-election speech in germany (i stand to be corrected). i dont think hes earnt it yet at all. i just think hes on his way to earning one. just my 2c
