I bought some EBC pads to replace the oem ones that were on my bike (they were metal to metal) basically they are a waste of $30, the rotor will not align with the brake caliper, there is extreme clearance issues with the EBC pads. Instead of wasting your money on after market brake pads due yourself a favor and spend 4 more dollars and get OEM brake pads instead

I'd call tech support and get them to do something for you.

R U sure that the caliper is not hanging up, I've never had that problem with them.

yes I thought that at first but I took the caliper of the bike, pushed the piston all the way in and slid the pads as far over as the would go and the pads were in the way of the rotors path.

You need to clean and lube the pins the caliper rides on - sounds like they are not letting the caliper move as it is supposed to.

Or you just got the wrong brake pads, IMO

This is the first time Ive had a problem with EBC, I use them on my 250 and havent had a problem, I installed them correctly and there is a fitment issue, maybe I have the wrong pads? I didnt order them I got them from the local shop so maybe the parts guy made a mistake, regardless though im going to use oem pads
