Wells Fargo exec. moved into beach home surrendered to bank by bankrupt couple

MALIBU, Calif. (AP) -- A Wells Fargo & Co. executive who oversees foreclosed properties hosted parties and spent long summer weekends in a $12 million Malibu beach house, moving into the home just after it had been surrendered to Wells Fargo to satisfy debts, neighbors said.
The previous owners of the beachfront home in Malibu Colony -- a densely built stretch of luxury homes that has been a favorite of celebrities over the years -- were financially devastated in Bernard Madoff's massive fraud scheme, real estate agent Irene Dazzan-Palmer said.
The couple signed the property over to Wells Fargo last spring, and the bank subsequently denied requests to show the house to prospective buyers, Dazzan-Palmer said.
Residents in the gated community told the Los Angeles Times that a woman they believe was Cheronda Guyton took up occupancy at the home in May. Residents said they obtained Guyton's name from the community's guards, who had issued her a homeowner's parking pass.
Residents also wrote down the license plate number of a 2007 Volvo sport-utility vehicle they say was parked in the home's garage. A check of state motor vehicle license plates by the Times found the vehicle was registered to Guyton.
Guyton is a Wells Fargo senior vice president responsible for foreclosed commercial properties, resident Phillip Roman said.
"It's outrageous to take over a property like that, not make it available and then put someone from the bank in it," said Roman, who lives a few homes away from the property.
Residents said Guyton, along with her husband and two children, often hosted guests at the home, including a large party the last weekend of August. Malibu Colony is about 25 miles from downtown Los Angeles.
Wells Fargo said in a written statement that it would conduct a thorough investigation of the allegations by neighbors, but said it wouldn't "discuss specific team member situations/issues for privacy reasons."
I got a friend going thru a B/K.....
If this cocksucker took my buddies house, tossed him to the street while they had big parties on the weekends.... .this would be the result...
Except it would'nt be a deer.....

cock suckers!
you know, after we moved the bank came back and offered to work with us. their solution was to lower the interest rate to %2 for 2 years, then %3 for 5 years, etc. BUT they would not modify the principle and instead tacked a crap load of fees along with the missed payments back on teh end of the loan. We got the 20 loan dropped, so after that we owed $440k on a house that can't sell for $280k now, plus they added just under 50k in fees and back payments... how does owing $490 on a house worth 200 less and now getting dicked by an ARM help us keep that house?
that house will be empty for atleast a year because the bank keeps sending to auction for a $475k starting bid.
FUCK THE BANKS!
I was at the old house a week ago, now of the 7 houses on that street only one isn't in default or foreclosed on and the banks aren't trying to keep anyone in their homes at all!
now as far as the lawyers, my mother in law paid a lawyer $6000 to get the what we got out of the bank and the lawyer said for another $6000 he "MIGHT" be able to get the principle reduced "SOME". I told my mother in law to cut her fucking losses.
the lawyers, the banks, the insurance companies, the unions, they can all burn in hell as far as I am concerned!
I got dicked out of $560 this month by my health insurace company, but thats nothign compared to the $35000 the dicked me over with 2 years ago!

when half the people are foreclosed on, and they realize that they cant re-sell the houses for what the previous owners owed on them, they will have an epiphany and realize that they fucked themselves.

And they wonder why when these poor people that are down and out take the wiring and copper pipes, cabinets, dishwashers, bath tubs. You get my drift. They should be lucky they don't turn on the banks and the employees.
If I were in there position I would carry more fire power than I currently do today.
One of these days some poor bastard employee is gonna say the wrong thing than the hits gonna shit the fan.

I took all sorts of stuff out of the old place, I even gave my new landlord some nice upgrades, like the garage door opener and dish washer, I'd rather leave them in this rental house for my land lord than to the asshole bankers! Infact I have to remember to grab the water softener for andy!
If there was ever a point they would come to a realization of what is going on, it would have already happened, the banks don't care, they'll sit on empty houses instead of eating a single penny, let alone to actually help people.

It's not the quantity of guns that you own.
It's do you know how to use them?
Self preservation.
