This is the case about the two volume set titled The Law that Never Was, (which I have a personally signed copy by Mr. Benson), in it are copies of how each of the 48 States voted on the 16th Admendment, and which have been Certified And Notorized by each individual State at the time (1913). These documents PROVE that the 16th Amendment was never lawfully voted into Law!!!

Its dam near a hundred years we have been subjected to the tyranny of the Federal Reserve and IRS because of this. Its high time that everyone do there part and make that donation.

This is one of the most important cases that is underway. While it appears to be an income tax case, it is really much more sinister than that. The First Amendment right to speak and publish is being denied Bill Benson. Soon after it will be denied all Americans if this case is left as is.

Jeff Dickstein, the best attorney for this case, is preparing to go to the Supreme Court. He is doing this case free due to the importance of it, but needs help covering cost. Bill Benson Update
08-21-09

The government's war against Bill Benson has once again escalated. On Aug. 19, the government filed an OSC re contempt to have Bill once again sent to jail.

I just filed our opposition.

A hearing is scheduled in the District Court for September 2, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.

After the 7th Circuit denied Benson's appeal, the case was remanded to the district court with instructions for the court to enter an order compelling Bill to provide the names and addresses of those who obtained his proof that the 16th Amendment was not ratified.

The government filed a motion for an order of immunity to remove Bill's 5th Amendment objection to providing the documents. The Court granted the immunity and ordered Bill to provide the information.

Bill filed a declaration stating he did not have the information, as it was on a computer that died and he threw it out.

The government does not believe Bill and is seeking to have him held in contempt, and imprisoned.

The government's subversion of the facts to support its blatantly false allegations would be hilarious if it weren't so dangerous. It once again proves how little ethics some people in government positions of authority have.

Regarding the petition for cert to the supreme court, I am on the eighth revision, and still have a long way to go.

Whats it like living in a democratic communist country.

Come to think of it, living here isn't that much different.

With the Supreme Just-us' picking what cases they will hear. Mr Benson may not very well be with us then.

Also too, at one time when these books were published one of our government thugs came to him and offered I believe it was $5 millions dollars for all the printed ones and the rights. He turned it down.

Also imagine going to each of the Capitol buildings and paying out of your own pocket to obtain the documents I'm not sure what cost was but it had to be high. Mr. Red Beckman also gets credit for his work in obtaining them as well.

Update 8-31-09

GOOD NEWS!!

The response of the government to our opposition to their motion for an Order to Show Cause re Contempt has been to withdraw the motion. The hearing that was scheduled for September 2, 2009 is cancelled.

A win for the good guys!

On another note, we have just about completed the draft of the petition for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court. I have revised and tweaked it, including three entire re-writes and numerous revisions of those re-writes. While it may still be revised before we sent it out for printing and filing, we are pretty content with its current contents.
