Well im up for any ideas on how to pay for all the stuff we have (roads, Police, Fire Fighters, etc. etc.) without taxes, but in the mean time, i like the idea of doing away with all state/income tax and having a set tax on all goods/services. This way, even illegals have no choice but to pay their fair share...

Also any money earned illegaly or stolen would have tax paid out of it as well.

That would mean everyone would be paying tax, criminals included.
