I have the paddle tire for my 0-7 bike all bolted up. That battery operated impact gun came in really handy on this job.
Now I have to line the tire with another tube or something so the bolts don't pinch my tube.
You glueing that extra tube in the tire Stoffers?

Why not dab some silicone on the back side of each spoke nipple, add a tubeless valve stem at all the rim holes, toss the bead lock , screw the tire to the rim, and go 100% tubeless?

Cause I have 30 5/16 x 2 1/2" boltes all the way through the paddles
I ended up getting an old -60 hose off a pice of AGE equipment. I split it in half and it's the perfect size to use as a tire liner. It's about 3/16" thick and soft like silicone. Should work great.
RP is bringing my new wheel to Boise so I'll have to mount it up there.
I have 5 CR500 rear wheels with various tires mounted. That makes life good. I need another KTM wheel I guess.
