just had my final inspection on the addition to our house yesterday
took me 1 year could have done it in 6 months if I dident keep running out of $$.

built it for my Mom to come down and live with us its just about 1300sf. she is excited

Very cool, Jay! Now I need to get my addition done for my pops....thats been ongoing for a (longer) while now. Stupid $$ keeps running low here too!
