G'day Hoons
G'day All!
I have been using the forum for research and parts so I thought I better say g'day and thanks for the excellent information.
What a great bunch of blokes!
I am currently doing a Gen 1 convert with a 93' 500 motor that is hopefully in transit from the states. (Thanks Danny for the Shans mounts drawings & Shanman I may grab one of those sets yet!).
Also looking at converting the 450F over which is an 04' that is the long term project probably for new year.
Look forward to gaining more knowledge and hopefully contributing some back later on.
Cheers, Leon

Hey crusty emu,welcome onboard.
Not wrong about this forum,it rocks don't it!
Emu and 2 strokes, did you guys manage to get up to Connondale for the VMX on the weekend?
I went up for a look, bloody awesome riding and some tricked out old bikes (and riders) still going hard.Smell of racing fuel and oils was music to the nostrils.
Emu mate, dirty that you're moving to Maleny, you're just a roll down the hill to Green Park away ya lucky bugger!
Oh,and pissed that you and 2 strokes both live not far from the Kenilworth bike park too!
Anyway I'll get over it.
I'm down Gold Coast way,and they're making life very hard for the few clubs open down here with rules, regs, and the EPA.
Britincali;mate that remark I take it,is referring to the convicts who happened to land on these shores harshly sentenced by a cruel justice system back from your former homeland,England, about what?200 odd years ago?Did you wish the inbreeding and theiving never left England?
Or did you make that remake cause you know the Aussies are gunna roast you Poms in cricket, now that the boys have re-discovered their form!

ha ha f*cken classic...
thanks for the howdy blokes.
Husky - couldn't get upto the vintage MX unfortunately. Very keen to check out the local riding spots though!
Hit me a PM if your planning on coming up this way for a ride, trying to go for a blast at least every second break.
