2004 rebuild

well I'm starting my 2004 500 AF rebuild. I'm going through the bottom and top end replacing all the bearings and seals sending the complete top end off to swainteck to have every thing ceramic coated then it will go to surf and turf racing to have the crank rebuilt trued and balanced. I'm going to have the case powder coated. here is a few pics Ill post more with progress.

no it was a cell phone camera Ill use a better camera from here on out

Does the background in the first photo look FREAKY to anyone else.
Maybe I need glasses.

well I haven't had much progress on my bike because the frame has a crack

so I took it to a local fab shop to get fixed the engine is totally apart and getting ready to get sent off to get board and coated. so the proses is going slower than I had hoped. I have been riding my 250 and its like riding a pedal bike

but its still better than nothing
