Bitchin idea for some advertising and to get customers throught the door!
But....
Giving something to purchasing customers is considered a dealer rebate and is completely illegal, if he gave EVERYONE who walked through the door a voucher then cool but he cannot legaly only give buying customers the voucher.
DMV could close him down for good.

So the free oil changes after the purchase and the free gasoline for a month are illegal too?

The oil changes no because its considered a service, anything more than one tank of gas could be considered a dealer rebate (unless its a manufacturer offer or was part of the negotiated deal and disclosed on the due bill) ......

Dont you love it how the catch phrase is "semi-automatic assault...." Gawd, the media is still stuck on that - they are so fuckn ignorant. Reminds me of this stupid bitch. Notice the location of her finger. She waved the weapon at the press, to boot!

The vibrations would do wonders for her, I think she is missing out.

The truth of the matter is guns don't kill people.
People kill people, it is as simple as that.
If you want to kill someone, you will use what ever is available.
brick, fence post, pipe, knife, rope, poison, car and anything else you can think of.
Should we ban all of those as well.

It takes a ton more will power to kill someone with a brick than it does with a 2lb pull......

Just because one person does somthing wrong why should everyone else have their life changed when it had nothing to do with them.
As always the innocent suffer.

YES.
I was leaving the surgery center with me son after a crash with broken collar bone and messed up body. Going down the elevator, this lady sees his
Sholder is stitched up after surgery and asked what happened? He said that he crashed his motorcycle in a race.
Her reply was " those things are dangerous you should be careful"
So I looked at her son with his hand in the air with his finger looking the size of a sausage ( He was about 10 years old) and asked what happened? he said he was playing dodge ball. So I told her he should stop playing with balls those things are dangerous.

Reminds me of that great radio broadcast interview between a reporter (or politician?) and a man teaching Boy Scouts how to operate firearms. Surely somebody on this forum has the link if not the entire broadcast saved on disk

that's the thing, they don't mind putting a little effort into it one bit. my district includes one of the worst areas in baton rouge, and i've see just as many (actually, i'd bet it was more like 70+ percent) people die from stabbings, beatings, cars running them over on purpose, burning people in their houses/apartments alive, etc, as i have shootings. a little extra effort is nothing to them.
i wasn't on the call, but one actually went as far as to show back up as the FD, EMS, and PD were working on the victim and finish the job for sure. he came back to the scene solely to make sure the victim never took another breath. there was no gun used in that scenario, as a friend of mine was there and watched the guy walk back up to finish what he had started.
i'm fairly sure that if i was determined to take some people out, i would be able to kill more people in an hour rampage with my truck than i could with any of my guns in the same amount of time.
when it comes to gun control, they'll only be attempting to take guns from LAW ABIDING CITIZENS. note i said citizens, not subjects... the criminals WILL still have guns, and will definitely still be able to get them. if i had a bit of cash to blow, i can promise you i could go buy some full auto guns right now within a few hours. they have been illegal to own without going through a stringent many month long process since the 80's, yet somehow criminals still have them. the same goes for in the UK, as everyone i know over there has told me that the criminals still have guns, and some say they are scared because they know that the criminals know that they have no weapons to protect themselves.

Its a falacy that the UK doesnt have any guns, a good 70% of houses in the rural areas have at least one 12 guage

i can't remember which news agency in the UK it was, but there was recently (early this year or late last year) an incident where a rural home owner was being robbed by two men, both with rather long criminal histories and weapons, and the home owner shot both men with a gun he/she didn't turn in when they were banned altogether. the home owner is now in prison, i think for life, while one robber is dead, and i believe the other isn't even in jail. i'll search for the article later and post it up.
basically, what i'm trying to say, is even though they might have the guns, using them means they will be in prison for murder, even if defending themselves.
when i googled real quick hoping that article would show up, this article came up, and i've read it before, so i figure i'd post it too since it's a good read for the misinformed. there are many more, i just don't feel like searching right now.
