some dumb fuck breaks the bolt in the clutch hub, then tries to drill it out and makes a bigger mess and fucks up all the threads, and still doesnt get the bolt out . why cant some people realize they shouldnt pick up tools and try to be a mechanic

Those exact same people should not be allowed to own or touch anything either.
To be honest when people like that are discovered, they should be ERADICATED! immediately.
