This kid has skill..... he cant jump like an ape and slam dunk from the free throw line, nor can he run 100 yards in 5 seconds..... those are athletic feats, not skill feats.
Throwning a 12/6 curve ball, or a knee buckling slider are.
Hitting a 98 mph fastball is a skill..... Just having the nerve to stand in the batters box against a 98 mph fastball and not wet yourself is a skill.
Yes, some baseball games can be boring..... but here is nothing as exciting as a good game.....
