Not fimilar with AJ, I grew up near Red Bud and I know Service Honda is up there but not sure if they will do the mod on a frame I provide.

Unfortunately I don't know of a good quality AND reliable place to do it. Of coarse, if I were you, and didn't want to build it myself, I'd go through this site, print out all the gen-4 450 build threads you can find and take them with you to some local fab shop and see if a local guy can do it w/ the aid of the experience of some of the guys here. The 450 isn't a tough conversion, most of it is basic wetal work, cutting, welding, fabricating mounts, etc. Any shop that can work aluminum and has a good tig setup and a mill should be able to do a kick ass job.

The guy who does my TIG welding here builds mini dirt track cars and long travel trucks. He even offered to do the whole frame for me, but I'm a cheap ass, so I did all the work and brought it to him tacked so he only had to weld it.

I have no problem having someone do it for me I just want to know that it isn't there first one and will have no problem getting access to the correct metal and will do a Quality job so I dont end up in a Body cast the next time I go to jump Marocco's Leap. As for a local shop to do the fabrication I dont know of anyone really and if I had the access to the tools and materials I might do it myself. Seeing as I have Autocad exp and mechanical engineering to use from my own exp I might if I find someone I can trust to do the cutting and welding.

the cutting is easy. fabbing mounts is easy. there HAS to be a decent TIG welder near you... just do it yourself
I've never done a gen-4 450, but my most recent conversion (gen-3 250) took me an afternoon to do all the frame work... raise the Y, push out the cradle w/ inserts, fab front mounts, tack.
get a plate of 1/4 6061 and cut out your fronot mounts, use a sawzall to do most of the cutting and a flap wheel on the angle grinder to do some shaping.

the mounts are not that hard to make
frame rails you have to choose full or partial replacement

Danny,I thought you had done a gen 4 450 ? Mine was the 05 450R and for some reason I thought you had the same model as me,or was yours 04 ?
Anyway if I am going to do another build I would go for the gen 3 CR250,much easier than the 450.I thought the 450 was a pain in the ass.
