If Brit was picked up with some weed in is pocket, we wouldnt see him for 6 months....

Bullshit is what it is, plain and simple.
My buddies ex-wife got popped for a DUI 6 months ago, the cop lit her up outside the bar and she floored it rear ending the cop in front.... Hard.
She got arrested and blew a .28 BAC, the cop she hit was taken away in an ambulance and was off work for 4 months with back issues and whiplash.
She went and got a good attorney and now instead of FELONY DUI, Assault with a deadly weapon (car), and assaulting an officer (6 mos min jail time) shes got it reduced to a standard DUI. She should have served at LEAST 3 mos IMO, but due to some $$$$ flying around shes off.

Paris Hilton was
taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.
Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping. Her hair was askew and she wore a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks.
She wore no makeup and she cried throughout the hearing.
