What did you do to repair the frame on the underside?

I took it down to the local welding shop and they did it up for me,

Did they clip in new tubes or just patch up the holes?

nice job. is your 250 nikisil ? what clearance did you set the piston at just wondering ?

It has a cast iron sleeve in it, one size over stock.
Displacement: 251cc
Bore - Standard: 66.4mm
Bore - Actual: 67.00mm
Bore - Oversize: 0.60
I'm not sure what the actual piston to wall clearance is. I wish I still had the box ):

cool. the newer 250 is nikisil, i was just curious if the older 250 were also

The older CR's were nikasil, mine was but I had it sleeved because I put a nice gash in the wall a few years back. I sent it down to L.A. Sleeve and they did it up for me.
