Does anyone know which (if any) year CR250 19" wheels are a direct replacement?

Wouldn't it work on an '87/88 500 too? I have an '87 wheel on my 01 500 for a paddle tire.

1997-1999 CR250 are 19". The rotors are different tho, you have to either get another CR500 rotor or just use your old one.

Yeah, I really should just buy a spoke set and an excell wheel, re lace and be done with it.
Seems like a such a PITA to find to find the proper (1/2" longer) spoke set. Any recomendations on a good source that knows the proper spoke set?

The hubs are the same so the stock 250 spokes probably would work.
But I'd just call Wheel Works in GG.

Using a cr250 1995 wheel on mine now, untill I build the 500 wheel back up, straight fit.

Why a 19" wheel? I guess I'm old school. IMO, tires are cheaper, theres more tire selection, and the wheels are stronger. When I do my AF project I plan on getting a 18" wheel to replace the 19"...

I have access to so many used 19" tires from the cuz its rediculous, if the freight wasnt a killer i'd get selling them on here. He had 20 of them strapped to the harrow to drag the track with
I have a 19" on my af, but am going to run a 18 next summer.

i have a 19 and a 18 inch for my 01. personally i prefer the 18. more tyre choices,A SHIT LOAD EASIER TO CHANGE TYRES(i do it myself), more forgiving if you land hard on the rear.
im not sold on the 19 idea, the tyres have roughly the same circumference as 18s,so there is no extra tyre grip, just less tyre wall to absorb the big bumps.
they weigh the same
just pump your 18s uo to 20 psi and it will feel the same as a 19

the 19" is a bit taller millville to millville, but the 19" also sets up rounder and ends up blowing the center lugs out of it.
