Looking forward to burning another case. I've done the math and running at 80:1 it is the absolute cheapest way to go unless you run wal-mart oil. Kind of a no brainer. Trust me it was a true test. I ride my dirt bike almost every day as a commuter/cow chaser. No warm up wide open for a 1/4 mile repeatedly through out the day. Most people would cringe at my poor warm up technique. Once its broken in pin it.

HOLY SHIT!!! 80:1
I've been using the Amsoil for about 2 years after giving up on Yamalube
in the yzs and been more than pleased. I think I'll stick to my 40:1 though. :)

I know a guy that runs it at the manufacture spec of 100:1 with no problems. 40:1 is way over kill. Think about it not only is a tank of gas cheaper but you actually get to go farther on that tank because you are able to carry more gas.

Well thats good. A truer measure would be mic-ing the cylinder and piston.

Ah a correction though, Manufacture spec for Dominator is 50:1. sure any oil can be run at less. Its there saber oil that is to be run at 100:1.

KE 336. No biggie. I use to run 100:1 in the 250 3 wheeler all the time. Glaims drags and Olds hillclimb. Must of been jetted right cause it never seized.

Yeah, I've heard lots of folks running the high ratio. It is good testimony
for the oil. As for me, I'm too chicken shit! The old saying, "if it ain't broke" works for me. Back when I was a teenager, 20:1 was the norm. Oils has since improved and most bike mfgs call for 32:1. I felt like I was going out on a limb @ 40:1. I'll take too much over not enough any day. :clink:

I personally love my Klotz Super Techniplate. over 200 WOT hours on my former KX80 top end, still mint.

an overheat and siezure on my former 3 wheeler, no scuffing.

and using it in my CR250.

Not one fouled plug (except when i was jetting the 3 wheeler, to be expected) no tailpipe spooge, and best of all, the smell is tantalyzing.

people that ride behind me always comment on how it smells.
