Shellfish sauce and green-pepper sauce

Somebody have good recipes for improve this sauces?
I want the pepper sauce for meat i mean with cream,brandy,butter,green pepper...
and the shellfish sauce for tagliatelle the last one is because me and my girlfriend eated in a restaurant pasta with this sauce it tasted like carbonara (cream and beacon) instead of the bacon shellfish but the cook don't wanted to share his secrets with us (it's normal)
