Greeting from Vegas my fellow CR500 riders! I recently purchased a 1993 Cr5oo. I put a pro circuit pipe and silencer on it, new air filter, front sprocket, chain and ODI grips. I have some boyesen rad valves and a cheng shin paddle coming also. I also bought a complete black acerbis plactic set with a seat from a guy off e-bay. Anyway here are some pics! I look forward to getting and giving some good tech from the forum!

I'll probably sell them. I should have the black ones by Friday. I should also have my rad valve this week. I'm gonna bring it along to dumont for the 4 stroke wars this coming weekend. I'll probably ride my quad more though.

very
only a couple months until dumont season starts... although most years I start going again in late august. 2 years ago only a few of us went out right after some crazy rain, the river was flooded, it was like 80* and the sand was perfect and tacky and a little wed just under tyhe surface. possibly my best day riding ever! hope I can do it again this year.

I think it was a little warmer than 80* but the swim sure helped cool things off.

when the temps cool down, just bring 2 bikes and a 6 pack (I don';t drink much) and we'll bang out the mock up and tacking in a day, then I'll send you off to my welder here in hendo, then we can spend another day putting the motor in and plumbing everything up :D just keep an eye out for a gen-3 250 definitly the best chassis to convert
