They failed to mention, avionis suite, radar, possible stealth capability, overhaul interval/costs, type of weapons, and service report of reliability.
Building a hot rod that cant get off the ground because it has a record of breaking or being notoriously unreliable....do no one any good. Not that I am saying that is the case...it was a point that were forgotten by the author...

I'm sure the avionics are substandard at best. Realiability??? Whatever comes out of Russia and fly's, lots of people will die in it.....
