H.P.D. just sent me a email saying that Honda is going to offer "Factory built 500A/F's" next year!
Seems every year S/H orders more ( and not less) engines and the bean counters in Tokyo have finally seen the light.
You know they are going to be pricey, but will be the ultimate dirt bike in production.
WOO HOO!!!!!

I've been test riding it for them for a couple months. They are using the new fourfifty chassis and have modified its fuel injection for the old gal. They also are using an updated version of the crf250s powerband. Overall, great bike, can't wait till you guys can try them.
Oh and I forgot, they told me it will have reverse and an optional windscreen

Actually, I think they're using thrift store trombones and old recycled saw blades in an effort to be more 'green' I guess that's their carbon credit for bringing back such dirty old 2 strokes.
